1、介绍传动部位的间隙不能过大,一般控制在0.2~0.5mm左右,齿轮与齿条吻合时齿底的间隙为2.0mm。啮合间隙过大或齿轮齿条磨损严重都是很危险的,啮合深度不够、磨损严重或轴向错位过大,都会使啮合面积减小而造成齿轮齿条强度降低,发生断齿事故。齿轮齿条只挂住齿尖,啮合面个别连1/3都达不到或新旧齿条不均匀,有异响或震动,这是非常危险的。
